Two years after launching the D600, Nikon has updated its entry-level full-frame camera to become the D610. Improvements include a better shutter mechanism, quieter continuous shooting options, faster frame rate, and improved white balance.
“The D610 offers an effective pixel count of 24.3-million pixels, the superior rendering capability of the Nikon FX format, as well as the mobility of high-speed continuous shooting at approximately 6 fps.”
— Nikon press release, Oct 8 2013
The Nikon D610 will cost around $2,000.
